Ready to get crafty, and go on a virtual getaway while we craft? Let’s do it! To participate you are welcome to join in challenges, attend live events, share your own creations, or just gather inspiration, chat, and have fun! Below is a schedule of events for you to plan around as well as links to the class kit if you’d like one, and more!
This particular event is inspired by… well Disney! Oh sure there are other theme parks and they are fun too – and encouraged to be used as inspiration here this week! But Disney is my favorite, and we’ll be walking down memory lane as well as working in a planner, getting sewing with some fave Disney characters, and much more!
Prize info: I’ll be drawing at random winners all event long (and posting them at the bottom of this page with info to claim). How do you enter to win? Leave a comment on ANY of my live videos, or pre-recorded videos on Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram that are posted between June 11-20, 2021 and every comment will be entered! Comments on Facebook group posts (by fellow group members!) are also included in the prize drawings – so stay active and chat even if you don’t have time to create projects.
Challenges: You’re welcome to create any type of project you like, and post (or don’t!) wherever you like. Also remember that you can be very loosely inspired – this is meant to be fun, after all and inspire you to get crafting. Plst to the Facebook group, to your instagram and tag me, or even email me a photo to share!
Challenge #1: STASH BUSTERS UNITE! Find a project you have unfinished, product you’ve not yet used, or otherwise get something done. Note this could be just cleaning up a drawer or organizing something too – remember I love you to take these challenges and run in your own direction.
Challenge #2: “Summer Heat” This could be color palette, use a heat tool, go opposite and go cold as ice… but bring some summer crafting heat and let’s create!
Challenge #3: What a treat… – I love a good theme park treat from my Mickey Bar to a Dole Whip… but this challenge doesn’t have to be about food! Scrapbook, card make, art journal, or whatever you would like to make and utilize that word treat as inspiration in some way…
Challenge #4: Get at something new! Whether it is a project you’ve been putting off, a new product you’re wishing to try, or just something entirely new that “you’re no good at” – makes no difference. Try something in some form that is new! You could also
Challenge #5: Based on the pinterest board…. Get inspired by one of my pinterest board pins, and get creating!
Challenge #6: embrace the magic…. Magic can be found anywhere. How will you embrace it in this challenge?
